" Wow. Just wow! If you're confused about the different types of ceramic/nano/glass coatings out there, I don't blame you, I was confused myself until I met Sergio and his team of professionals at Auto Concierge Hawaii. 

Being a first time owner of a black vehicle, I knew I had a huge challenge for the next 3-5 years and that's keeping the black looking good as new. After I completed an initial consult with Sergio and was given some time to think about it (no pressure) before scheduling an appointment. After some thought, I got that appointment and decided to go with the Modesta BC-03 Pure Glass Coating. 

On the day of my appointment, we thoroughly went over my vehicle, he told me where the coating would be applied and set clear expectations. As expected, he had my vehicle for about 2 days, since the paint correction stage took an entire day and wanted to take his time to ensure the job was done right. When I got my vehicle back, I was speechless. I have never seen the paint so clean and the gloss was amazing. He actually revealed the little specks of blue in the paint and the coating made it really pop. 

The service doesn't stop there, upon delivery he educated me about the curing process, what to do and what not to do, and how to clean & maintain the glass coat when it gets dirty. He even gave me a mirror hang tag to use when I take my vehicle into service letting them know to NOT wash the car. Side note: you should never let your dealer wash your car anyway, they'll scratch your paint.

"Best car detailing ever!! I dropped off my car with Carl and he was super friendly. He told me my car would be done in about 3.5 hours and they pretty much were right on the money with the timing. They are located in the parking garage in the back corner closest to Neiman Marcus. They have great signage all over signaling you where to go so it won't be hard to spot them! Mind you, when I dropped off my black Acura MDX, this thing hadn't been washed in months so it was in dire need for some major TLC. When I got my car back it seriously looked better than when I first bought it, lol! No joke though. If you care about your care, don't trust just anyone with it. Come see these guys. Sergio and his team won't disappoint y'all!"

If you want friendly expert service then this is the spot. I've been to many different places and nothing competes with the level of "detail" the owner puts into every car.  I took my black Miata in for a Modesta treatment and they literally spend 5-6 hours on it.  I figured it is worth the investment because I no longer have to wax my car anymore and the shine will be there with a simple wash.  Another plus for me is the fact that he has an online schedule function as well as being located at the ala moana shopping center.  It would not be in my best interest to spread the word because I might have a harder time getting an appointment but he is that good!!!
